Jeffrey Combs delivers a masterpiece of a performance, playing multiple clones of the character across the series. He infuses Weyoun with a slimy, unctuous charm that makes him deeply entertaining and completely repulsive all at once.
He is one of the greatest villains in the Star Trek canon. Weyoun represents the terrifying reality of systemic evil, proving that the most dangerous oppressors often speak softly and claim to have your best interests at heart.
