• Ensure compliance with professional industry standards

3. Data Security

Taleventry uses industry-standard security measures, including Supabase's secure infrastructure, to protect lead data and agency information from unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party services including The Movie Database (TMDB) for filmography data and Gemini AI for editorial enrichment. No sensitive agency contact data is shared with these services.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies strictly for authentication and essential platform performance. We do not engage in third-party ad tracking or cross-site data harvesting.

When you visit the site, a consent banner will ask whether you accept usage tracking. If you decline, no behavioural data is recorded. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

5a. Usage Analytics

If you accept tracking, we collect the following behavioural data to improve the platform:

• Profile page views (which talent profiles were visited and when)
• Booking enquiry clicks (when the booking CTA on a profile is used)
• Search queries and which results were selected
• The referring URL that brought you to a page

For signed-in users, events are associated with your account ID so agencies can see engagement on their roster. For anonymous visitors, no personally identifiable information is stored — only the event type, timestamp, and referring page.

This data is used solely for platform analytics and agency dashboard reporting. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for cross-site profiling.
