Steve's unpredictability makes him useful whenever a simple workplace scene needs to collapse. He can also show loyalty, especially when the cinema staff share an outside problem. Those calmer moments make the next eruption harder to anticipate.
Jerry Trainor builds the character through vocal force, rigid posture and abrupt changes in focus. Each appearance feels larger than its screen time. The role became a durable part of the series because its rhythm remains instantly recognisable.
