Clement Mansell operates without a code. He is a charming, music-loving killer who commits horrific acts of violence not out of necessity, but simply because he finds them amusing or slightly convenient.
Boyd Holbrook brings an incredibly unsettling, charismatic energy to the character. He moves with a relaxed swagger, completely unbothered by the trail of bodies and destroyed lives he leaves in his wake.
He is a terrifyingly pure antagonist. Mansell’s absolute lack of a moral center makes him the perfect foil for Raylan Givens, forcing the Marshal to push the boundaries of the law to stop him.
